Multi-Defect Facade Rectification

Before

The Challenge

The Owners Corporation of 240 Wyndham Street, Alexandria — a multi-storey Class 2 residential building on the corner of Wyndham and Mandible Streets — engaged Wardell Remedial to rectify a complex series of facade defects across both street elevations. • Cracked Render

  • Waterproofing Failure Unprotected Slab Edges

  • Vertical Brickwork Cracking

The scale and complexity required a registered builder capable of executing a regulated design across the full facade perimeter of an occupied residential building with full DBP Act compliance.
