Concrete spalling repairs and façade rectification works to an existing Class 2 residential building comprising 114 apartments, located in Alexandria. Repair works addressed 92 discrete spall locations, widespread cracked render, waterproofing failures, unprotected slab edges and vertical brickwork cracking across both the Wyndham and Mandible Street elevations.

Two-stage concrete remediation and façade repainting works to the Molecular Science Building (G08) at the University of Sydney, 2 Butlin Avenue, Darlington. Stage 1 involved concrete spall repairs and a four-coat façade paint system to 1,520m² of off-form concrete, including pinhole and honeycomb patching. Stage 2 addressed the full pebblecrete precast façade (3,804m²), comprising concrete spall repairs and Mapei four-coat façade coating delivered via scaffold and elevated work platform access.

Non-compliant aluminium composite panel cladding was removed across the full façade and replaced with a 9mm Cemintel CFC non-combustible cladding system, installed with top hat framing, vapour barrier, mechanical fixings, flashings and a Dulux-approved façade coating to restore the building's original appearance.
