Repair works addressed 92 discrete spall locations, widespread cracked render, waterproofing failures, unprotected slab edges and vertical brickwork cracking.

Two-stage concrete remediation and façade repainting works to the Molecular Science Building at the University of Sydney, Darlington Campus. Stage 1 involved concrete spall repairs and a four-coat façade paint system to 1,520m² of off-form concrete, including pinhole and honeycomb patching.
