City of Sydney issued a Fire Safety Order requiring the owners corporation of Soho Apartments to replace its non-compliant aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding. Working from the facade engineer's regulated design, Wardell replaced it with a non-combustible 9mm Cemintel fibre cement system and managed council permits, scaffolding and NSW Planning Portal submissions, with residents in the building throughout.
